Way to go Phil

These past two months Phil has been working hard at work in order to get his BTZ, (below the zone promotion). He was up against 3 other Airman. These are just some of the outstanding bullets he was able to put on his application and kick boottie and win:
  • being the Dorm Chief in Basic Training and receiving Honor Flight
  • saving another Airman's life during basic training(the kid had an allergic reaction to a nut)
  • serving on the Honor Guard in Monterey, CA
  • helped out with feeding the homeless program for a year
  • serving in scouts
  • showing exceptional leadership skills and standing out above the rest
We are so proud of our soon to be Senior Airman, he gets to sew his extra stripe on in March. Way to go Phil.

Congrats Phil. What an honor. Now you get to test for Staff before those who have been in as long as you. Keep up the good work. Ooooh and you get a pay raise too! BTZ is the way to be!!! Believe me we know this!

That is awsome! Way to go Phil, not that I know you or have ever even spoken to you, but I do know you married one of the coolest roomates ever. You guys have such a cute family and it is so fun reading about all of your achievements, especially the really cute one with squishy cheeks.
