On Wednesday I turned 31. Oh man that's crazy. I want to thank my mom for giving me birth and trying her best in raising me. I'm reading a book right now called Raising your SPIRITED CHILD, it should be titled Raising Boston Harding; I asked my mom to read it so when we move back to AZ she'll have some sort of idea what she' getting herself into:) She called me back and said " Miken I hate to tell you this, but this is exactly what you were like growing up" So Phil blames our spunky, fun, loving, energetic Boston on me! I'm more than happy to take the responsibility for that one. I'm glad I just finally found a book that works and is helping us understand where Boston is coming from. I LOVE IT! So here's to my mom, thanks for raising your spirited child!
I LOVED my birthday this year. I was sick with a head cold. The girls were having their best day-NOT. Phil had to work, so I told him for future note to self, if he has to work on my birthday arrange for a babysitter for an hour or so I can take a nap and rest.:)
Phil made reservations at the new Brazilian restaurant in town. If you've never been to one, you must go and enjoy the yummy food. It's all you can eat exotic salad bar and meats, they come around to your table with a slab of meat and carve off individual servings. You eat way to much, but man it's worth every penny. Then we enjoyed the best cheesecake I have ever tasted!
Then after dinner we walked down the river walk and took a boat ride. It was great. Phil was a super sport because those kinds of things make him sick. It was a great evening filled with laughter, love and fun! I love you honey. Thank you for being my husband, your the best!
