Cookin with out the man!

Holy Moly...these Chile Tomotillo Enchiladas are the bomb! They rock. You can get the recipe off of the food network! I can actually cook, but since I have the best husband who cooks for me all the time. I just do the dishes. I have missed him dearly since he's been gone-but maybe that's why I've lost so much weight 47 pds-since Boston's been born!!! I'm not bragging...just dang proud of myself. Anyways...try them...you'll love them!

Congrats on the weight loss. That was quick. I've lost 55, but still have another 20 to go. I'm a big gainer with my pregnancies. I think I'll just get pregnant again. Ok, these enchiladas look soo good! WE LOVE Tomatillos!!! I like to shove em in all of our mexican food. Good stuff!

I bet they don't taste as good as the microwave burritos I've been living off of for the last two months. They look awesome babe. You rock something fierce

I miss our workouts too!! I can't tell you how much I miss them. I can't get up and exercise on my own. I am really wanting to lose a few but can't seem to get the will power. You were such a great instructor. Can't you just fly out every morning and get me moving :) !?!?

Of course you can copy. That makes me feel so good. It is so fun, I promise you will be addicted. You will have to send me a picture of what it looks like in the end. I am going to have to try this recipe. It looks delicous. I love it when my husband cooks too. Isn't it the best!!!
